Customs clearance instructions for customers outside the European Union
1) Documents (invoice + waybill + courier label) will be sent by e-mail from the courier company to the person who placed the order.
2) The customer will receive a prepared invoice for the customs office from Sandex.The invoice will contain a description of the products, customs codes and duty rates.
3) The customer must sign the invoice, scan the invoice and send the invoice to the courier company.
4) The courier company will deliver the package to the customer within two days.
5) The courier company delivers the parcel, the customer must pay VAT on the value of the parcel.
